Luke's First Thanksgiving...

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! We sure did! We went to my parents house on Thanksgiving day and had a lot of fun and ate a ton!! It was the first time I wore makeup and fixed my hair all week! It was awesome :) Luke was great and he got to meet his great grandmother Mama Jo as well. Saturday Brian's family came down and spent the day and we ate lunch and dinner with everyone. We had a lot to be thankful for this year!

Brian went back to work today. We have been together for the past 12 days straight so as you can imagine I got a little upset when he left this morning! Now it is just me and Luke! We are surviving though :)

Hello! Sorry I haven't had a chance to update the blog! As you can imagine I have been a little busy! :) We are doing great and I love this little miracle God has given us! Luke was born on November 19th at 2:53 in the afternoon. I was in labor for about 9 hours. I will put up more pictures from the day later! I just had a couple of minutes to update!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY!!!!!!!! I know I have so many things to be thankful for!!

Thursday, November 19th!

So I went to the doctor yesterday and I was finally dialated!! I am at 3 cms and 70% effaced so they are going to induce me on Thursday morning! I have had several people tell me they bet he comes before Thursday which I am fine with as well! I am just glad to know there is an end to all of this! I had a hard day yesterday, but going to the doctor really cheered me up! :) So Luke will be here on Thursday if not before!!! Woohoo!!

I guess my next post will really have a picture of my little boy on here! :)

Snug as a Bug.....

So Luke has not made any progress as of this morning! He must be so happy and content in my belly and doesn't want to come out! The doctor has set me up to be induced next Thursday, the 19th (one day AFTER my due date), but that is only if I dialate! If nothing still hasn't changed then we will have to cancel the induction. Anyway, hopefully he will decide that he is ready and come on this week or weekend! :) Please pray that I would at least dialate by Monday!! I really might be having a Thanksgiving baby! No thank you. :) Keep you posted if anything changes, but as of right now I am still pregnant :)
