We had the best park party in our neighborhood for Luke's 3rd birthday! We had the entire park to ourselves and one of the best things about this; it was FREE! :) I set up a table and we had cake, ice cream, and juice boxes! The kids had the best time running around and it was good for them to run off all the sugar they had just eaten! We gave Luke a dragon that he is obsessed with! It's honestly kind of scary, but I have to get over that and remember I have boys! 

We love you Luke. I can't believe he is 3 years old! Time really does fly. He is hilarious and talks all the time. He is really smart and actually shocks us the things he says! His little brain is like a sponge and absorbs EVERYTHING so we have to be very careful! I caught him saying "for the love" a few weeks ago, and Brian was like, thats a nice mirror for you :) Oh well could be worse! :) Luke is pure boy. Obsessed with the outside, dump trucks, his cement truck he just got from Mimi and Doc, and all the other trucks, trains, etc etc! We talk about God a lot and it's so sweet to hear him pray. He wants to say his prayers every night and they are sweet and funny all at the same time. He thanks God for everything, and I mean EVERYTHING from our family to the pictures hanging on his wall. He is growing like a weed and skinny. I had to buy all new pants for him b/c everything I had him was too short! Brian told me to get use to that until around 8th grade! 

I have to write this b/c it just happened...Luke just walked into my room carrying his big dalmation dog sparky (stuffed) and told me, "I'm going to move this dog so I can sleep good tonight". He cracks us up. Talking in full sentences makes me laugh so much!

Just the two of us.....

We have had a busy August so far! It's always a fun month because we have Brian's birthday and mine plus more family! Anyway, we went out for Brian's birthday to Bottega on his birthday. It was a lot of fun and really good! I surprised Brian with Phish tickets for his bday as well! He was very surprised! So last Friday we head out to oak mountain theatre for the concert! It was a lot of fun! Next time I will bring my crazy creek chair and a mask and go sit by myself in the grass :) let's just say the smell of pot was a little much! It was fun though! Thanks to chief and Frannie for keeping the boys! Fun times with my man :)

Luke at the movies!

I took Luke to his first real movie a couple weeks ago! We went to see A Sharks Tale and it was so cute! He had a lot of fun! I can't wait to take both boys when they are both old enough!

We headed to the beach for Memorial weekend with Brian's family. It was a lot of fun and the weather was awesome! We attempted to get a couple of cute pictures but not many! The boys were not having it!
I love the beach more than anything in this world! :)

Well we made it! My sweet Bobo is one years old!!!!! Geez that was a fast year! My sweet baby! I have 2 very sweet boys, but this is my huggy bear! He is so sweet and loves to cuddle with you, and I love it! He started standing up by himself right before his birthday. He was so proud of himself! He took his first steps on his birthday too! He is now fully walking all over the place! He and Luke love each other so much. These boys keep me busy I will tell you that! We started the day off going to Krispy Kreme and getting some nice warm donuts! Sam was loving them, as were Luke and I! We then had lunch with Brian at the Little Donkey in Homewood, then home for naps! That night we had a little cake for him and then I actually went out to dinner with some girls from the neighborhood :) It was a fun day. I made these little orange bloomers for him to match his shirt! Love those chubby legs! Happy Birthday Sam! We love you so much!

Sam's Birthday Party....

We had a small pool party for Sam's birthday party. It was not a very pretty day at all, but we made it work. Sam was actually sick but he hung in there! We had lots of fun with family and friends to celebrate with us! He is really not a big fan of cake! He is crazy, or maybe he was sick of it, who knows. My mom, Frannie, made his very cute cake! She is very talented and glad she is able to help out with that! Can't believe his party has already come and gone! Happy Birthday bobo!
